Back to the lawn on August 4th at Huntington’s beautiful Heckscher Park. Cassic movie night is going to a vote: The town is asking people to VOTE FOR THE CLASSIC MOVIE which they would like to see on August 4th.
The choices are (all original versions): West Side Story, Abbot & Costello Meet Frankenstein; Casablanca; Yankee Doodle Dandy; North by Northwest.

The 4th of July has always felt like the middle of summer of the summer to me. The season is in full swing. Memorial Day and Fathers Day behind us.

And what was a slow if not stagnant winter into spring market, Huntington Real Estate is finally moving off the shelf. Homes for sale that seemed they were on the market for a year have “under contract” signs hanging. What happened? Nothing really changed in the outside influences. But the one thing that home owners and the agents that advise them control is PRICE. Homes that are selling are selling for what the market (the buyers) will pay. Simple economics.
