The Eighth Annual Huntington Tulip Festival is a family-oriented, floral celebration is held annually within the natural beauty of historic Heckscher Park where attenees will enjoy thousands of tulips planted in beds throughout the Park. Councilman Mark Cuthbertson is the founder of Astoria Federal Savings and is the chief sponsor of the festival.
